Based on the screenplay and novel "Devils In Exile" by Chuck Hogan, the crime thriller will be produced by Smith and Jon Mone through Westbrook Studios, alongside Stuart Ford for AGC Studios who will be financing the project. Richard Abate from 3 Arts Entertainment will also be involved in the production.
