wow!! more books are being adapted than ever before....that's excellent in my book( no pun intended). I hope most of these movies would do well. The movie I'm looking forward to is by my twitter friend and author Richard C. Morais, it's called The Hundred-Foot Journey. The story is very unique and I hope the movie does the book justice. I hope you all would check it out as well. It comes out on August 8, 2014 so till then you could purchase the book and read it. Another movie i'm looking forward to is The Giver by Lois Lowry. A true YA classic and the first dystopian book that i read. Other books has copied its concept (especially city of ember which i also loved, both book and movie). The movie version of this book was a long time coming and i'm glad it's finally here in 2014, August 15 to be exact. Of course The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-part 1, The Hobbit: there and back again, Divergent, and The Fault of Our Stars are the popular one that people are looking forward to watch and would most likely succeed in some level. I just hope these people would take a chance on other book adaptations as well and of course read the book either before or after viewing it.
So that's all I've to say about today's post. Mark your calendar for your anticipated book-to-movie adaptation this year. Please read their books as well because it does a great service to the wonderful authors that wrote them (they painstakingly took their time to write such wonderful works. Trust me i should know:) And of course don't forget to check out mine:) as well. perhaps an adaptation would be on the horizons soon!! finger cross!!!Thanks for reading my long post instead of being elsewhere with your valuable time, take care and have a great day....and i really do hope that 2014 would be one of your best year for each and everyone of you. I'll certainly tried to make it the best year for me as well:) Ciao for now.
